Step4Wellness
I’m Sanna, the person behind Step4Wellness. I hold a Master’s degree in Sport Sciences and have extensive experience as a physical education and health education teacher.
I have three adult children, so I know from personal experience the challenges that the busy years of family life can bring. During those years, I found strength and balance through exercise, a healthy lifestyle and spending time in nature – and these remain an important part of my life today.
I have always been curious and eager to learn, and continuous professional development has been an important part of my career. As nature is a meaningful source of wellbeing for me, I trained as a nature and wilderness guide. My interest in the effects of stress and the importance of recovery inspired me to explore these topics further. I trained as a Hengähdyshetkiä® recovery coach so that I could help others find practical ways to create more calm, balance and resilience in the midst of everyday stress.
In addition to Hengähdyshetkiä® recovery classes, I offer one-to-one coaching to support better recovery and wellbeing in everyday life, as well as talks on stress and recovery. Step4Wellness also offers sound bath sessions and singing bowl treatments.
I want to support people who are struggling with the demands of everyday life and finding enough time to recover. Sometimes our own resources and strategies are simply not enough – and that is when professional support and guidance can make a real difference. For those who already feel well balanced and energised, I also want to offer encouragement and practical support to help maintain that sense of wellbeing.
I feel it is important to share my knowledge and experience to help others find greater wellbeing, resilience and balance – both in everyday life and in life as a whole.

The Cornerstones of Wellbeing
Step4Wellness is built around four cornerstones of wellbeing. Together, they support one another and help you find strength and balance in everyday life – in a way that works for you.
Nutrition
Healthy nutrition can have a positive impact on mental wellbeing, energy levels and recovery. I offer practical guidance and tips to help you make food choices that support your wellbeing.
Physical Activity
Physical activity supports mental wellbeing, improves sleep and helps manage stress. Together, we can find forms of exercise and activities that suit you – always based on your individual needs and starting point.
Mental Wellbeing
Good mental wellbeing supports healthy relationships and helps us cope with the challenges of everyday life. I offer recovery coaching and personalised guidance to help you build sustainable routines that support your wellbeing.
Recovery in Nature
Nature strengthens both body and mind. Forest yoga, guided excursions and nature-based practices offer a chance to slow down, unwind and recover from the demands of everyday life.
Our company has received funding from the EU Rural Development Fund for a development project focused on improving our services, social media marketing and visual identity with the support of external experts.
